As your child begins school, it is important that he/she gets a good night sleep, eats a healthy breakfast, and has positive mornings.

 

Also make sure your child brings:

 

A change of clothes with his/her name on them

(accidents sometimes happen).

 

A healthy snack Mon - Thurs. (fruit, vegetables, yogurt, etc). 

Avoid sending unhealthy treats (especially fruit roll-ups, donuts, chips, any kind of candy, etc.

 

Lunch (if your child will not be eating in the cafeteria).
